You will feel each and every emotion that was written in this book, there will be anger, sadness, love and joy but what you will feelIs that you are living this story right along with each character.If you are looking for not only book but a series that will open your mind up to the different ways life can be than this definitely a series you will not want to miss and one you will enjoy from start to finish.

This was a very anticipated read for me and I managed to inhale it in just one day :)So, I was left hanging on the cliff at the end of the last book so was very excited to see what was going to happen. Melissa managed to make me hate the Prophet even more, he is definitely not a man of God.The story played out much like I thought it would and everything was resolved that needed to be. Not many surprises really so quite a predictable read.This was quite a short book and felt like it was a bit rushed to be honest. However, I did enjoy this conclusion to the Compound series.

This book is final book in the compound series. It is not a standalone.This book is told from many characters POV. Aspen's daughter Ruthie has been taken by the Prophet Clarence. The compound tries to find her.This book is a great finish to the series. It is emotional with a few surprises along the way. I love how Melissa tied up all the ends at the completion of the book.

I anticipated this book for far too long, and Melissa Brown did not disappoint! I'm almost sad to see the series end, though.If you're a reader who veers away from anything polygamous related, much like I was, give this series a chance. It's written in a way that makes it enjoyable, entertaining and keeps you hanging on the edge of your seat.I can't wait to see what pours out of your talented side next, MB!!

This was a wonderful book. Melissa Brown has a beautiful capacity of writing from so many different perspectives and making you feel that you are really entering their world, and their thoughts and feelings. I love that about her story telling! The ending was unexpected but wonderfully done. A perfect ending to this series. Well done Ms. Brown, well done!

I can't believe it's over! I've been in a book funk ever since reading Just Keep Sweet. I'm glad I decided to read the series later, at least that meant I only had 10 days to wait for this book. And I loved and savored every word. Melissa Brown wrote a great book filled with suspense, agony and unconditional love. Great job!

Easy read. Good conclusions to everything. It almost wrapped up too quickly, if anything. I think this book is a bit weaker than the previous books in the series (especially the second half), but it also has the very unsympathetic Clarence Black as its main narrator. I enjoyed the series!
